You are the Market Expert! Dive deep into market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using your insights to inform pricing strategies and marketing campaigns! Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media) to attract qualified leads! You are the Sales Maestro! Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents! Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to effectively close deals with prospective residents, securing lease agreements that meet property objectives! You are the Resident Advocate! Build rapport and establish positive relationships with current residents, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere! Be prepared to attend and participate in training as required. Requirements Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Three plus years of proven experience in leasing, preferably in a luxury multifamily setting. Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team of leasing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or RealPage preferred). Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and other applicable regulations. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful resident retention programs. Ability to analyze data and generate reports. Possess strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals with prospective residents, securing lease agreements that meet property objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, prospects, and colleagues. Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
