Do you relish the challenge of training staff to deliver good clinical outcomes in NHS-TT psychological therapy services? This post offers an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small team developing and delivering significant training programmes in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
Key responsibilities will include preparing and delivering training for High-intensity (CBT) trainees, providing learning support to trainees as their personal tutor, evaluation of trainee assessments, and building relationships with managers and supervisors in psychological therapy services. Training will be delivered at the Salomons Institute and online.
To be successful in this role you will have a postgraduate mental health qualification, knowledge and experience of CBT high-intensity interventions and the skills to develop and deliver inspiring training. You will be able to demonstrate current BABCP accreditation. You will be committed to maintaining your own clinical practice in CBT.
You will join a team of professionals working across a range of mental health training programmes. Considerable importance is attached to the continued personal and professional development of staff.
The Salomons Institute is based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, (1 Meadow Road, Tunbridge Wells TN1 2YG) 10 minutes’ walk from the station, and enjoys excellent administrative, IT and library support.
