As a Senior Lecturer In Mental Health Nursing, the individual will help to further develop the regional, national, and international profile of mental health nursing at the University of Salford.

• To liaise with Programme Leaders, Heads of Subject, Assistant Directors, Directors, and Associate Deans in matters relating to student progression and attainment
• To support in the development of excellence in learning and teaching
• To work with the Associate Dean Academic Student Experience and Directorate team to develop actions to address NSS, attrition and employability
• To assist on the review of module feedback and any actions required
• To support the completion of student surveys
• To support the ongoing development of the “student voice” group
• To help promote equality, diversity and inclusivity for student
