We are seeking a passionate and experienced academic to join our Speech Pathology team at Victoria University. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative teaching, academic leadership, and collaborative research. As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Speech Pathology education. You will design and deliver engaging curriculum content across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, both on-campus and online. You will also supervise Honours and project students, contribute to academic governance, and support the development of industry partnerships. This is a full-time continuing position at an Academic Level C (Teaching & Research Academic) $134,005 - $154,514 plus 17% superannuation classification, working 36.75 (1 FTE) hours per week. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials and coordinate units in Speech Pathology. Lead and participate in academic leadership roles such as Course Chair or Unit Convenor. Engage in curriculum development, assessment, and student consultation. Conduct and publish research in your area of expertise. Support clinical practicum programs and foster strong industry connections. About You We are looking for a forward-thinking academic with tertiary qualifications and a strong background in Speech Pathology. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in tertiary education. You will thrive in a supportive and high-achieving team environment and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
