The Graduate School of Medicine is seeking an academic with a passion for medical education to join our team and contribute to the medical program through curriculum development, teaching, and assessment in areas such as physiology and pharmacology. In this role you will deliver teaching in large group, small group, and online formats using contemporary methods, developing assessments, and designing remediation activities to support student success across the four-year MD program. The position also includes academic governance responsibilities, research teaching, MD project supervision, and acting as Subject Coordinator for Phase 1 MEDI991. About you You will hold a PhD in a relevant science discipline and bring expertise in areas such as physiology and/or pharmacology. You will have a proven record of university-level teaching excellence, using contemporary methods across varied formats, and be recognised for curriculum innovation. You will demonstrate experience in publishing research in high-quality journals, providing academic leadership, and fostering teamwork in a collegial environment. You will also have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
