Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting legal teams? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal department, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and maintain legal case billing systems.
  • Process legal documents and correspondence, utilizing templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare detailed reports and PowerPoint presentations on budgets and expenses or town halls for the department.
  • Collect and manage electronic information effectively. Assist with document productions.
  • Develop and utilize templates for processing routine departmental correspondence and documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, maintaining confidentiality across all levels of operations.
  • Track and report expenses for departmental activities.
  • Manage invoice processing and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate new employee on-boarding.
  • Assist in arranging departmental meetings and offsites.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with internal administrative systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and troubleshoot complex issues independently.
