Assist the Head of Legal & Compliance in providing professional Legal services, compliance and data privacy Prepare contract including confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, commission agreements and other legal documents Provide advice and support to all business units on compliance enquiries, rules and regulations for complying with laws and codes Coordinate and organize all compliance trainings to staff Assist in organizing and implementation all compliance programs throughout the year including AML, PIM, data privacy and information security Provide legal and compliance administration support including compiling reports, data entry and maintenance of Legal Office & Corporate compliance websites What a successful candidate looks like? University Degree in Law or related disciplines, knowledge in legal, compliance, business law or company secretarial issues would be an advantage At least 4 – 5 years of relevant working experience in a law firm or in-house legal department of multi-national companies Self-motivated, proactive in continuing self-development and good sense of integrity Well organized, strong communication and interpersonal skills Good project management skills, able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and MS Photo Editor Good written and spoken English and Chinese Immediately available less experience will be considered as Legal & Compliance Officer Purpose Fill the world with emotion, through the power of creativity and technology.
