Job Description Rechtsberatung: Unterstützung und Beratung von Fachabteilungen in einer Vielzahl von handelsrechtlichen Fragen, die für ein E-Commerce-Unternehmen typisch sind, darunter Urheberrecht, Vertragsrecht und allgemeines E-Commerce-Recht. Vertragsprüfung: Entwurf, Prüfung und Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung verschiedener Arten von Verträgen – einschließlich der Entwicklung von Standardvereinbarungen – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen. Rechtliche Entwicklungen: Beobachtung und Bewertung der EU- und nationalen Gesetzgebung sowie der Rechtsprechung; Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Anforderungen im Hinblick auf das Geschäftsmodell des Unternehmens. Pragmatische Lösungen: Entwicklung praktischer und konsistenter Lösungen für die Herausforderungen unseres internationalen Geschäfts sowie die Sicherstellung einer sicheren rechtlichen Grundlage für unsere Geschäftsbeziehungen. Qualifications Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt im deutschen Recht 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder als Rechtsanwalt im relevanten Bereich. Erfahrung im Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern innerhalb des Unternehmens. Verständnis für komplexe rechtliche, wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge. Analytische, konzeptionelle und ergebnisorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise.
