•    Managed end-to-end lifecycle of IT and procurement contracts covering SaaS, software licensing, IT services, Master Service Agreements, Hardware Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Proof of Concepts and vendor agreements.

•    Engaged as a Contract Counsel to advise on and finalise critical negotiations for contractual portfolios exceeding 300 million USD.

•    Coordinate contract review and negotiation workflows with procurement and IT sourcing teams.
