JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Counsel / Advisor to oversee government-related processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support both internal and external communication needs. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UAE property laws, labor laws, visa procedures, and regulatory frameworks, preferably with prior experience in the property, signage, or outdoor media industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Legal Counsel / Advisor or PRO in the UAE, preferably in the property sector.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of UAE property law, labor law, immigration procedures, and municipality regulations.
• Proficiency in documentation, visa processing, and government portals (eChannels, Tasheel, etc.).

SOFT SKILLS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.
