Group Legal HQ, CPBC & Nordics – a diverse and collaborative team
By joining Group Legal at our Humlebæk headquarters, you’ll be part of the HQ, CPBC & Nordics team consisting of about 10 members based in Humlebæk or in our Business Centre in Stettin, Poland. You will also join the global Group Legal, IP & Business Ethics department, led by our Group General Counsel, which includes about 85 colleagues worldwide.

Become the legislative expert on data, AI and privacy
In this role, you will advise all Coloplast Business Units and markets on data, AI, and privacy rules, alone and in collaboration with other members of your own team as well as the Group Legal, IP, and Business Ethics department and our Coloplast DPO.
Staying abreast of the regulations within your area, you collaborate with stakeholders on both day-to-day operations while also participating as the subject matter expert in a wide range of strategic projects with a global outreach. Doing so, you ensure that legal considerations are integrated into decisions around Coloplast’s offerings, including digital offerings, and aligned with our business objectives.

FURTHERMORE, WE ANTICIPATE THAT YOU:

• Bring a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or Master of Business Law (cand.merc.jur.)
• Have several years of experience within your field, including 2+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel in an international organisation
• Have extended experience working with GDPR in an international context
• Have experience in advising in digital offerings and AI solutions
• Can communicate laws, rules, and regulations in a clear and straightforward manner to various stakeholders across functions
• Can provide clear and easy to understand answers and guidance to complex questions
• Bring significant knowledge of regulation relating to the use of data in a broad perspective and globally
• Speak and write Danish and English effortlessly
