Requirements:

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Legal Counsel to support and enable our rapid growth across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a critical role within our Legal function, where you will serve as a strategic partner to affiliates and leadership teams in APAC, helping ensure the business operates efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
This role offers a unique chance to help shape the future of rare disease access in APAC, with a legal remit spanning commercial, operational, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic legal advisor to APAC affiliates, enabling compliant business growth.
  • Provide timely, pragmatic legal counsel across commercial, market access, supply chain, medical, compliance, and privacy matters.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and day-to-day business execution.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and operational agreements.
  • Support interactions with HCPs, patient organizations, and healthcare entities, ensuring alignment with global standards and local laws.
  • Advise on legal entity governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China Mainland.
  • Actively contribute to global and regional legal initiatives, including process optimization and knowledge-sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to ensure a strong, integrated legal & compliance framework across the region.
