This role requires an experienced in-house lawyer who thrives on working in a dynamic and diverse environment. You will bring excellent general commercial legal skills including contractual drafting and review.
You will be a strategic thinker, work independently and add value by focusing on the projects and legal risks that are most important to the Australian Red Cross now and into the future.
What you will do day to day

- Take responsibility for a portfolio of legal matters and the related day-to-day accountabilities.
- Support the Chief Legal Officer on significant matters and governance reporting, as required.
What you will bring

- An ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
Benefits that act for you, while you act for humanity
- Take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and increase your take-home pay. You can salary package up to $15,900 for living expenses (such as rent, groceries, utility bills); up to $2,650 for holiday accommodation and meals when dining out; Novated car leases; superannuation and purchase additional annual leave.
