As we expand our legal team, we are seeking a pragmatic and motivated Senior Legal Counsel to provide key legal support across commercial and privacy matters. This position reports to the General Counsel and offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal issues in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified to practice law in Germany or another EU jurisdiction (including UK)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally from a combination of law firm and in-house roles within the tech or SaaS sector.
  • Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Strong working knowledge of European data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle detailed legal work, and communicate effectively with non-lawyers.
  • Solution-oriented mindset: You flag issues and come with the solutions to go forward.
  • Hands-on, with a high degree of personal accountability.
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced in either German or French. In any case, a good knowledge of German is preferred. Knowledge of French is a strong plus
