POSITION:

An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as platform agreements, IP licence agreements, terms & conditions, SLAs, partnership agreements with universities, representative agreements, etc.
• Must be familiar with education technology agreements
• Working directly with the sales operations, marketing and procurement teams
• Managing and supervising junior associates and trainees
• Ensuring that all agreements are commercially and legally sound and in line with head office requirements
