Revvity is revolutionising what’s possible in healthcare, with specialised focus areas in translational multi-omics technologies, biomarker identification, imaging, prediction, screening, detection and diagnosis, informatics and more. With more than $3 billion in revenue and over 11,000 employees, Revvity serves customers across pharmaceutical and biotech, diagnostic labs, academia, and governments. Revvity is seeking a full-time Attorney to work within its legal department supporting the Life Sciences Solutions segment. This solicitor will have a primary focus on supporting the Reagents business; however, the solicitor will also support other areas within the Life Sciences organisation, such as the Platforms and Licensing and Technology businesses, as needed. Additionally, this position may also handle general employment and labour law matters within the EU, as requested. This solicitor will help manage risk while working collaboratively with business colleagues to find practical and creative solutions to various legal matters. The legal department’s many responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice to the Life Sciences organisation, supporting and negotiating complex licensing agreements for the business, providing practical employment and labour law advice to HR in the EU, and supporting various projects and initiatives both of the department and cross-departments and functions. We seek a highly motivated, independent individual that thrives in a high-volume, dynamic environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
