What will you be doing : Provide ongoing legal counsel on a broad spectrum of commercial issues, including negotiation of agreements with third parties such as clients, business partners, suppliers, and vendors Executing the company's policies and legal standings Providing legal advice and guidance on information technology, commercial law, and regulatory matters Offer internal legal support to various teams within the organization Collaborate with external counsels (both in Israel and internationally) to provide legal advice Maintain and update existing templates and contracting processes. Design, build, and improve legal department processes. Advise on compliance issues, including global privacy issues and regulations. Handle and assist in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time. Ability to address complex legal and commercial matters. Requirements An Israeli licensed lawyer 4-5 years of experience as in-house counsel for a hi-tech company, a reputable law firm, or other tech-related legal roles Demonstrated experience in drafting commercial agreements, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements independently Passion for learning and researching emerging legal aspects Collaborative team player committed to quality work and client satisfaction A certified lawyer with LLB degree in law Experience in contracts, licensing and privacy matters Ability to work independently Fluent English

Responsibilities
