THE TEAM:
Kambi is looking for a talented Senior Legal Counsel, to be based in our London office, to join our award-winning Commercial Legal team as part of Kambi’s continued growth. You will be joining a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Stockholm, helping to provide commercial support to the Kambi business globally. You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Legal and will have direct management responsibility for members of the team.
As a Senior Legal Counsel, your day-to-day work will look like:
- Providing support across Kambi operations globally, advising on a range of commercial legal issues with a primary focus on B2B commercial contracts with our customers and suppliers
- Working closely with the Sales team to review and negotiate complex contracts
- The role will also include data protection, IP, corporate, employment and dispute resolution (dependent on interests and experience)
You’ll be a great fit for the role, if you have:
- 5+ years PQE, with experience from the technology/software sector
- Extensive experience of complex commercial transactions, preferably involving direct engagement with in-house stakeholders in the provision of strategic advice and negotiation
- Experience partnering with sales account executives and sales operations teams in the technology sector
- Experience in other key areas, such as IP, corporate and/or dispute resolution
- Ability to analyse commercial or corporate issues, provide effective solutions and to present them in an appropriate manner for stakeholders
- Confidence in analysing and providing advice on areas of law falling outside of formal experience (e.g. employment or alternate jurisdictions) through the application of generic commercial law principles
Responsibilities:
