Responsibilities
Drive M&A and strategic deals — from due diligence and structuring to negotiation and execution. You’ll own it end-to-end.
Be the legal brain of the business — partnering closely with senior leadership across finance, people, operations and our partners in the accounting business.
Handle the day-to-day, without fuss — contracts (bread and butter!), governance, data, risk… you’re across it all and don’t drop the ball.
Balance risk and pragmatism — you know when to push, when to pivot, and when “good enough” is perfect.
Manage and work with external legal counsel (as required) — but you’re not afraid to back your own judgment.
