Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, subcontracts and other commercial agreements
• Leading contract negotiations and supporting project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Advising on procurement processes matters
• Reviewing and advising on variations, extensions of time and contractual claims
• Managing disputes, claims, litigation and insurance matters, with a focus on achieving early resolution
• Supporting litigation management as and when matters arise
