ABOUT THE ROLE:

Marsh McLennan is seeking a qualified solicitor (5-10+ years’ experience) for a 12 month contract position within our Litigation Team based in Sydney. Experience in financial services, insurance broking and/or superannuation is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a short-term role and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside experienced legal professionals in a global organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with litigation and dispute resolution matters related to insurance and superannuation.
• Review and draft responses to client and regulatory complaints.
• Conduct legal research and provide regulatory advice.
• Maintain legal registers, prepare reports, and manage document workflows.
• Support the development and scheduling of training sessions.
• Perform other legal duties as directed by the manager.
