• Legal Advisory: Supporting M&A transactions on a global level, including due diligence reviews and contract drafting.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary contact for top management and internal/external stakeholders in M&A projects.
• Risk Management: Analyzing legal risks and opportunities in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Process Optimization: Developing and implementing legal policies and standards to support our business objectives.
• Development of Relevant Materials: Enhancing relevant manuals, training materials, guidelines, etc.
• Market Analysis: Conducting legal market analyses to identify trends and potential risks in the M&A sector to support strategic decisions.
