We are looking for a talented Senior Legal Counsel to join our agile Legal team. Based in our headquarter in Hørsholm, Denmark, you’ll join a small dedicated Legal team who supports our growing business globally.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an ambitious professional who combines legal expertise with strong business understanding. To succeed in this role, you need to communicate clearly, be solution-oriented, and collaborate well with stakeholders at all levels. You take pride in delivering high-quality advice while keeping a commercial perspective.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Master’s degree in law, cand.merc.jur or similar.
• 
  
• 6 years of experience with commercial contracts and legal matters related to business operations.

• Experience working for an international company.
• Experience with intellectual property or compliance is a plus.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, with strong decision-making skills.

WHAT WOULD YOUR ROLE LOOK LIKE?

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with colleagues worldwide, translating legal complexity into clear, practical advice. The role is focused on commercial contracts, compliance, and IP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as trusted legal advisor to our global business on various legal matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and provide legal advice regarding commercial contracts.
• Manage various compliance projects and daily tasks within compliance.
• Enhance our internal governance.
• Advice and handle dispute resolution.
• Establish and maintain global contract templates.
• Provide guidance, training and coaching to the business.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the Legal processes and contractual tools.
