• Providing advice on a broad range of legal matters to various departments in relation to the PM Group’s business, including commercial, corporate, labor law, competition law and regulatory matters
• Collaborating with internal legal and compliance professionals
• Draft, negotiate and review general terms of business, commercial agreements and other types of contracts
• Drafting of corporate policies (together with compliance)
• Monitoring of relevant case law and legal developments
• Follow-up and implementation of local legal requirements
• Creation and maintenance of contract models (commercial contracts, NDAs, etc.)
• Training of employees on legal topics
• Upkeeping of a contract management software
• Liaising with external law firms and consultants
• Upholding strong corporate governance standards and supporting statutory corporate adjustments
• Promptly identifying and addressing legal risks and concernsSupporting in disputes and fostering effective collaboration with departments
