Participate in complex problem resolution, providing expert legal advice on high-stakes issues and disputes. Provide expert legal advice and support, particularly in areas experiencing significant growth such as compliance, data privacy, and litigation support. -Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, advising on the implementation of new legal technologies and automation tools. Lead complex projects of diverse scope, driving legal initiatives that support business growth and innovation. Participate in complex problem resolution, providing expert legal advice on high-stakes issues and disputes. Provide expert legal advice and support, particularly in areas experiencing significant growth such as compliance, data privacy, and litigation support. -Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, advising on the implementation of new legal technologies and automation tools. 8+ years relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Juris doctorate or equivalent degree Significant work experience in product privacy counseling, privacy compliance, and in supporting privacy and data-sharing terms in contractual agreements. Strong working knowledge of U.S. and international legal statutes and regulations in privacy and data protection, and particular expertise in GLBA, GDPR, and U.S. state privacy laws. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable legal guidance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional teams.
