In this role, you will provide essential business-oriented legal advice and counsel to business partners, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements. Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze business and legal terms. Counsel staff on commercial law and healthcare regulations. Develop solutions for business challenges and customer disputes. Deliver training on commercial law and regulatory matters. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of commercial law experience. Admitted to practice law in the United States. Experience in federal government contracting or real estate law is a plus. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with US healthcare legal and regulatory environments preferred.
