Lawyer that will work with the Romania Team of the company on managing the day to day implications in the business. THE JOURNEY Report to the Head of International in all related functions Be the main responsible for Romania and Moldova legal functions Draft, review, analyse, negotiate all kind of contracts with all the players involved in the business Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with the regulations applicable to Glovo’ s business (including privacy, labour, compliance, regulated products and others) Collaborate with external law firms Support in the analysis and implementation of strategies, as well as implementation of corporate governance policies, special projects and reporting functions Participate in due diligence, risks assessment, elaborate corporate documentation Get your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it. Be appointed as the compliance officer of Glovo Romania Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE At least 7 years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm with proven experience in commercial law, consumer & antitrust and/or labor law. Excellent English (speaking and drafting). Knowledge of other languages is a plus (preferably Slavic languages) Bachelor of Laws in Romania or in a European country that can be validated in Romania.
