Your key responsibilities
Support of the General Counsel, the Head of Legal & Compliance in various legal matters.
Responsible for all legal aspects of the Technical Operations such as the review & negotiation of pharmaceutical-related manufacturing contracts, including CMO and Supply agreements.
Independently lead TechOPS-related legal projects and transactions, including the supply aspects of M&A and Business Development & Licensing.
Negotiate complex agreements; manage disputes and litigation and assist management decisions by providing robust legal advice and risk assessments.
Advise on technology and digitalisation related agreements in compliance with data privacy laws.
Who you are
Master of Law, preferably with Swiss or European Bar Exam.
At least 7-10 years of experience in an international environment (law firm and/or industry)
Relevant experience and expertise
Strong negotiation skills
Highly motivated to work in a performance related environment
An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
High level of efficiency and attention to detail
