Thông tin vị trí | About the role Vị trí Senior Legal Executive chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật trong toàn bộ hoạt động, hợp đồng và giao dịch của Crescent Mall; cung cấp tư vấn pháp lý nội bộ, hỗ trợ Ban Quản lý và các phòng ban chức năng trong quá trình vận hành và kinh doanh. The Senior Legal Executive is responsible for ensuring legal compliance across all company activities, contracts, and transactions, providing in-house legal advice and supporting Centre Management and departments in daily operations and business matters. Mô tả công việc | Key Responsibilities 1. Các vấn đề pháp lý/ Legal Affairs: - Phát triển tiêu chuẩn cho việc soạn thảo và rà soát hợp đồng, thỏa thuận và tất cả các tài liệu pháp lý để đảm bảo tính hợp pháp và bảo vệ tối đa lợi ích của Crescent Mall. Develop standards for drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and all legal documents to ensure legality and maximum protection of the Companys interest (Crescent Mall). - Rà soát hợp đồng, tư vấn và đàm phán với các phòng ban hoặc các bên liên quan (Tiếp thị, Tài chính, Cho thuê). Review contracts, provide advice, and negotiate with other departments or related parties (Marketing, Finance, Leasing). - Cung cấp tư vấn pháp lý cho các hoạt động của Công ty và các khía cạnh liên quan khác. Provide legal consultation for the Companys activities and other relevant aspects. - Làm việc với các cơ quan chính quyền Việt Nam để thực hiện các thủ tục, qui định của luật pháp. Work with Vietnamese authorities for procedures & compliance with laws. - Đại diện cho công ty trong các tranh chấp pháp lý, xử lý khiếu nại và giải quyết các vấn đề pháp lý phát sinh khác. Represent the company in legal disputes, handle complaints, and resolve other arising legal issues. - Rà soát việc thực hiện các chính sách và quy trình tuân thủ của công ty phù hợp với yêu cầu kinh doanh của công ty. Review the implementation of company compliance policies & procedures in accordance with the companys business requirements. - Tổ chức đào tạo về pháp lý cho nhu cầu nội bộ. Conduct internal compliance training based on organizational needs. 2. Quản trị công ty & Quản lý rủi ro/ Corporate Governance & Risk Management: - Lưu trữ và quản lý tất cả các tài liệu pháp lý của công ty, đảm bảo tuân thủ các nguyên tắc bảo mật và được sắp xếp có hệ thống. Store and manage all legal documents of the company, ensuring compliance with confidentiality principles and organizing them in a systematic manner. - Đánh giá rủi ro về tuân thủ và hoạt động để đưa ra các biện pháp phòng ngừa. Assess compliance and operational risks for countermeasures. - Đề xuất các biện pháp bảo vệ lợi ích của công ty trong tất cả các giao dịch và hoạt động kinh doanh, trong khuôn khổ pháp lý của các bên liên quan. Propose measures to protect the company's interests in all transactions and business activities, within the legal framework of the involved parties. 3. Các nhiệm vụ khác liên quan đến pháp lý và tuân thủ theo sự phân công/ Other tasks relating to Legal and Compliance as assigned. Yêu cầu ứng viên | Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật (Luật Kinh tế, Luật Thương mại, Luật Dân sự hoặc liên quan). Bachelors degree in Law (Economic Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, or related). Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm pháp lý, ưu tiên lĩnh vực bất động sản, bán lẻ hoặc thương mại. At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate, retail, or commercial sectors. Hiểu biết vững về luật doanh nghiệp, thương mại, hợp đồng và lao động. Solid knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and labor laws. Kỹ năng đàm phán, xử lý tình huống, giao tiếp và quản lý công việc tốt. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. Thành thạo MS Office; có khả năng đào tạo, hướng dẫn nội bộ. Proficient in MS Office; capable of training and coaching. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và làm việc ở mức Intermediate. Intermediate English proficiency for communication and documentation.
