The successful candidate will provide legal support to a diversified holding group with a portfolio spanning investment products, real estate, and trading operations. The structure includes 5 legal entities across DMCC free zone and mainland UAE.
This role offers the chance to oversee complex regulatory frameworks and ensure smooth operations across all of the group’s entities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Corporate Law; MBA or Finance-related Master’s (preferred).
• Proven experience in corporate law, banking, or compliance (AML/KYC).
• Knowledge of UAE, EU, UK, and US regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of financial products and international accounting standards.
• Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).

• Provide legal protection for the company and its shareholders.
• Handle corporate procedures: incorporation, reorganization, liquidation, and amendments to founding documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
• Represent the company in government bodies, arbitration, and court proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations (e.g., FATF, UN sanctions).
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments (KYC, AML).
• Maintain corporate records (registers, protocols, charters).
• Advise management on legal updates and regulatory changes.
• Prepare reports for the Board of Directors and regulatory authorities.
• Train employees on legal and compliance matters.
