Our client, a well-established and growing fiduciary in Capellen, is looking for a Senior Legal Officer to join its expanding team. Senior Legal Officer - Your Role :
- Handle the incorporation of SA, SARL, and SLP structures, ensuring a smooth setup process.
- Assist in the formation of investment funds, including coordinating legal and administrative steps.
- Manage the creation of special limited partnerships (SLP), including initial SARL setup, client communication, and document preparation.
- Perform basic compliance tasks, including client acceptance and onboarding documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless handover to the management team.
Senior Legal Officer - Your Profile:
- At least 4 years of experience in corporate services, with a strong focus on company incorporation.
- Prior experience in SLP incorporations is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Adaptable and eager to work in a small, hands-on team.
- Highly organized, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
