  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents such as briefs, contracts, and court filings.
  • Manage case files and maintain an organised filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Conduct research as required to support ongoing cases and projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court officials, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilise office software to create reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior secretarial staff.
