Your team The Legal Solution team at Noxtua sits at the intersection of legal expertise, AI technology, and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with our Legal Engineers, the Sales team, and the Partner Managers responsible for our European publisher partnerships. Together, we build scalable enablement formats that empower both internal teams and our partners’ sales forces to deploy Noxtua with confidence. The role reports directly to Nils, who is the VP of Growth & Legal Operations at Noxtua. Nils owns our GTM strategy, partner enablement, and Legal Engineering services. He is a fully qualified German lawyer with a doctorate and an LL.M. in Legal Informatics, and is passionate about connecting legal practice, AI, and scalable growth. He leads with high content depth, gives a lot of creative freedom, and looks forward to working with people who want to shape things themselves. About you Completed legal degree (at minimum First State Exam / LL.B.), ideally complemented by a Second State Exam, doctorate, or LL.M.; strong ability to quickly get up to speed on new areas of law and European legal systems Experience in Legal Tech, Legal AI/ Legal Engineering-you know the interface between legal practice and technology first-hand Strong communicator and presenter: you can translate complex AI and legal topics into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences, from practicing lawyers to sales professionals Structured, self-driven working style with a genuine builder’s mindset-you can develop formats and materials from scratch and scale them across markets Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional European languages are a plus Residence within the EU: willingness to travel for partner workshops across Europe Your responsibilities Build and scale a sales enablement stream: develop workshop concepts, presentation templates, and training materials for the sales teams across Europe Deliver workshops and training sessions for multiple countries - covering both legal subject matter and the practical use of the Noxtuaplatform (prompting, use cases, workflows) Own quality management and version evaluation: systematically review new Noxtuare releases against legal benchmarks and test sets, and ensure professional output quality Develop legal use cases and proofs-of-concept in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and AI - from requirements capture through to validation Work closely with Partner Success, Sales, and Marketing to continuously improve onboarding materials, demo scenarios, and partner-facing documentation Our offer to you Building Europe's sovereign Legal AI is ambitious, meaningful work — and we want the people doing it to be properly looked after.
