We are looking for highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic people to join us as Senior Leisure & Library Assistants to work across the borough. These roles are crucial to support the customers using our library and leisure services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• To take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the facility and support the Centre Manager
• Be excellent ambassadors, promoting and encouraging the use of our services.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of working within a customer service environment and delivering exceptional customer care
• These posts will involve lone working, early morning, evening weekend and bank holiday working
• Requires Maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualification
