IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO DO:

• Managing the end-to-end loan application process including the preparation, evaluation and settlement of loan files for agribusiness clients nationwide.
• Perform financial & credit analysis of submissions (TAE over $5M).
• Mentoring and coaching of the wider team to grow their financial analysis and credit writing skills.
• Continue to deepen your complex credit skillset and enhance your risk assessment and identification abilities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, policies and regulations – broadening your knowledge of agricultural markets, commodity and property values and market trends.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements is required.
• An understanding of the Australian agricultural sector, seasonal conditions and client structures would be highly desirable.
• Sound reasoning and problem-solving skills – demonstrated as the ability to identify a challenge and find a solution that is win-win for the business and customer.
• A passion for coaching others and a desire to make a difference in the professional development of your peers.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance or similar would be nice to have however not essential.
