You will guide clients through the home loan process, emphasising exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance, and accurately submitting loans. You will proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies and networking, generating new business opportunities from the ground up. What do I need? A track record of sales and business development success, particularly within financial services or lending. Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic pipeline. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a talent for creating long-term, positive client and partner relationships.
