What will your day look like?

As a Senior Lending Specialist, your key accountabilities would be but not limited to:

• Customer – Exceptional Client Experience and Client Satisfaction as it relates to lending needs and solutions on an end-to-end basis
• People – Seamlessly collaborating with bankers across functions, sponsoring deals through credit risk to ensure the identified risks are mitigated and credits fall within the Bank’s risk appetite
• Process / Risk – Execution of all Lending activities completed in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and a high quality of analysis, management & reporting of Credit, Market, Operational & Compliance key risks
• Reputation – Ensuring best interests of the client and the bank are in line with community expectations
• Financial – Delivery of risk which balances business, customer and regulatory requirements
