SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team at Casa Group. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to deliver outstanding lettings & property management services while fostering a culture of excellence and growth within our team.

In the role of Senior Lettings Manager, your primary focus will be to collaborate closely with the Branch Managers across the group alongside the Area Manager & Managing Director. Your responsibility will encompass all aspects of the lettings business, with the overarching goal of maximising revenue. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks you will undertake in this role:

  • Driving business development and growth across the group
  • Delivering training to Lettings staff across the group on systems, processes, new legislation and initiatives.
  • Expanding market share for new instructions
  • Effectively explaining and promoting the benefits of our managed services to potential and existing landlords and training staff on how to deliver this.
  • Ensuring the impeccable online and in-branch presentation of all our advertised properties carrying out regular audits across all 8 branches
  • Engaging in regular customer care calls with existing landlords to gauge satisfaction levels, address concerns, and enhance landlord retention.
  • Growing our existing lettings portfolio by actively pursuing new business opportunities and retaining current landlords.
  • Effectively dealing with customer complaints
  • Collaborating closely with our Property Hub to foster a positive working relationship that benefits both landlords and tenants.
