Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic property team. This is a client-facing role where you will act as the key link between landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy agreement.
The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a keen eye for opportunity and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements
  • Matching tenants with suitable properties and arranging viewings
  • Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords
  • Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
  • Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in, including referencing and tenancy paperwork
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities, including new landlords and property instructions
  • Maintaining accurate records on the property management system
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and legislation

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in lettings
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales ability with a target-driven approach
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Professional, confident, and personable manner
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
