We’re seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to take ownership of high-value landlord portfolios and lead negotiations. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of landlord accounts
• Negotiate rental agreements and tenancy terms independently
• Lead viewings and client meetings, building strong relationships
• Monitor market trends and advise landlords on pricing and tenancy strategies
• Ensure compliance with UK lettings legislation (Right to Rent, deposit protection, etc.)
• Prepare tenancy agreements and oversee move-in and renewal processes
• Maintain accurate records and manage landlord and tenant communications using property software
