In this advanced, hands-on position, you’ll have the opportunity to steer projects from their inception through to successful execution, all while driving increased security and ongoing improvements across vital directory services. As part of a global team, you’ll engage with colleagues from around the world, fostering technical excellence and sparking innovation on every initiative you lead. What are my accountabilities? Design, implement, and manage a secure, resilient hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environment across multiple forests. Lead complex troubleshooting and optimisation across AD replication, trusts, Group Policy, DNS, Kerberos, LDAP, and federation services. Plan and deliver Active Directory migrations and domain consolidations, including legacy domain decommissioning. Define and enforce directory security standards, policies, and best practices, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance. Provide senior technical leadership, including on‑call support, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with broader IT teams. About you Extensive experience (5+ years) designing and supporting enterprise‑scale Active Directory and hybrid identity environments. Strong expertise in on-premises active directory, Entra ID, identity security, and directory service best practices. Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently from design through to delivery. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
