OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both industrial and commercial electrical systems, with a strong understanding of high voltage applications. This role involves building, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety within our facilities.

SKILLS

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or Commercial Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand system layouts.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop solutions for complex electrical problems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various electrical tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to enhance system automation.
