We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven, successful track record in life insurance sales and a strong desire to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will be a leader who is also coachable and committed to continuous improvement.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance sales and advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a coaching, mentoring, or leadership capacity.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience excelling in both in-person and phone-based sales environments.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A valid Insurance License and LLQP Designation.
  • Additional financial designations, such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or certifications in estate planning, are considered a strong asset.
  • Strong command of the English language
Responsibilities

As a Senior Life Insurance Advisor, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success. Your role involves managing and expanding your own client portfolio, while also acting as a leader and mentor. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to junior advisors, helping them improve their skills and performance.
  • Team Development: Help develop and implement strategies to improve our team’s overall productivity and drive collective success.
  • Client Management: Engage with clients through both in-person and phone-based meetings, providing expert advice and guiding them through the application process.
  • Sales and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, prepare detailed quotes, and ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
