Are you a skilled insurance professional ready for your next step?
At iQuote, we help individuals and families across the UK secure financial peace of mind through tailored protection solutions. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Insurance Adviser to join our office-based team in Ammanford.
You’ll be offering expert, independent advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection, working closely with clients to find the right policy to meet their needs. This is a consultative, client-focused role with a strong earning potential and excellent long-term growth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored advice on personal protection insurance, including Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection.
• Identify the most suitable cover options through research and quotation systems.
• Liaise with underwriters to clarify any risk factors (e.g., health conditions, hobbies, or occupations).
• Submit and manage policy applications from start to completion.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and build rapport with clients nationwide.
• Ensure all customer documentation is accurate and fully compliant with FCA regulations.
• Maintain a clear and proactive sales pipeline—keeping clients informed every step of the way.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a view to building long-lasting relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Experience:

• Background in insurance or protection advice (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer care and ethical sales practices.
• Strong negotiation skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to advising clients.

• Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Comfortable working to targets while maintaining client-first values.
• Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and support others.
• Time management and prioritisation in a busy environment.
• FCA regulation compliance mindset—transparency, integrity, and accountability are a must.

Working Hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• This is an office-based role at our Ammanford location.
• Uncapped commission structure
• Realistic OTE: £45,000 – £60,000
