WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and refine automation scripts for Linux system administration using Bash, Python, Perl, and Ansible
• Manage patching and lifecycle automation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux using Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Automation Platform
• Implement and maintain Identity Management (IdM) solutions, including access policies, centralized authentication, and integration with Active Directory
• Ensure compliance by researching and remediating vulnerabilities across Linux environments and apply server hardening best practices, leveraging CIS benchmarks and Red Hat security policies
• Follow ITIL framework for managing incidents, changes, and problem resolution while you maintain detailed documentation for inventory, procedures, and audit compliance requirements
• Provide expert recommendations on Red Hat Enterprise Linux configurations for optimized performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, security, and system efficiency
• Participate in an on-call rotation, executing and validating changes during scheduled maintenance windows
