JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various areas of law, including but not limited to litigation, family law, immigration law, and environmental law. This position requires strong negotiation skills, exceptional legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft comprehensive legal documents. The Senior Litigation Associate will play a critical role in managing complex cases and providing strategic legal advice to clients.

EXPERIENCE

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law office setting with a demonstrated focus on various practice areas including family law, immigration law, environmental law, securities law, and workers’ compensation law.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and writing skills is essential for success in this role.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct comprehensive legal research.
• Experience with case management software is preferred but not required.

  Pay: $89,334.34 - $107,585.45 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Acworth, GA 3010

• Manage a diverse caseload involving litigation across multiple areas of law including personal injury, estate planning, landlord-tenant disputes, and workers’ compensation.
• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with precision.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations while advocating for their best interests.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure effective communication throughout the litigation process.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, particularly in tribal law & regulations and patent law.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates and legal interns within the firm.
