POSITION SUMMARY:

The Home Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care to residents within our senior living facility. This position involves managing home care services for residents, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care, dignity, and professionalism. The Home Care Manager will supervise a team of home care aides, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years of experience in home care or senior living management.
• Experience working with the elderly population, particularly those with chronic conditions or cognitive impairments, is highly preferred.
