WHY YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 3 years’ sales experience (senior living industry)
  • Ability to travel to multiple states on a regular basis to support communities
  • Comfort with financial, sales, and CRM software; data reporting systems

Responsibilities
  • Travels to assigned senior living community with Community Relations Coordinator vacancy to provide interim occupancy development support.
  • Assess, identify, and help resolve census issues in communities through a comprehensive approach.
  • Monitors sales and operational platforms and takes a proactive approach to addressing opportunities and trends.
  • Plans and executes outreach and occupancy development plan.
  • Conducts tours and closes sales; coordinates assessments and move-ins.
  • Ensures property has move-in ready apartments and grows occupancy through outreach, both with referral partners and individual inquiries.
  • Reports to leaders and ownership on community performance, along with action plans to improve.
