To integrate our development team in SAP Labs Berlin, we are looking for a Senior LLM Prompt Engineer to design, create and refine prompts, enhance their performance and output of AI models. As an Senior AI developer, you will work on the new SAP Build Joule Studio that include creation of AI LLM agentic concepts to act autonomously, make decisions and perform tasks with minimal human intervention. In addition, an understanding of fullstack development with Angular / TypeScript / Node.JS would help. The frontend service are written with Angular and backend services are written with TypeScript and running on Node.JS, Kafka and PostgreSQL; observability is mostly done through Dynatrace and Kibana.

As Senior Prompt Engineer, you will be part of our development team looking after the following activities:

• Fine-tune LLMs using tailored dataset and prompts.
• Participate to the functional and technical elaboration with UX and architects,
• Develop and refine AI prompts for Agent or Process model generation,
• Evaluate Prompt performance and efficiency, continuously improving prompts based on model output, using technique like few-shot learning or chain-of-thought prompting etc…
• Used state of the art and advance technique to fine-tune and adapt pre-trained LLM like GPT or Mistral using for example domain specific datasets.
• Manage build, deployment, support, operate and monitor in production,
• Identify and threat and reliability issues in production via monitoring and alerting tools.
• Lead to provide guidance within the team.
