Internal/External Interactions: Make sure all payments transactions are accurately and correctly posting in the system by the collection officers on timely basic Update daily all Banks transaction & Wing agent for payment collection in Excel & portfolio management system Calculate loan outstanding / pay off balance Prepare Quarterly for NBC customer’s complaint report Prepare monthly CBC Data upload for customer payment Prepare weekly AML Cash Transactions report for NBC Support and recommendation of action plan on delinquent customer to senior collection team Report weekly on payment received Support and follow up the payment based on collection policy Build good team work within the good working environment Overlook and manage the performance of collection officers Collaborate and work closely with accounting department regard to money received from customer and accounting close (monthly reconcile data with Accounting Team) Good customer service and feedback as soon as for customer’s queries System’s development and raise up to management for modify some parts Other reporting request by operations manager and country manager HR Responsibilities: Training and guiding collection officers Travel Requirements: On demand in Cambodia and abroad
Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate posting of payment transactions and manage the performance of collection officers. Responsible for preparing regulatory reports for NBC and CBC, as well as coordinating monthly reconciliations with the accounting department.
